Three floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a wide private terrace from the main living and dining rooms to create an indoor/outdoor experience that feels one with the surrounding gardens.

 

A large kitchen with generous counter space, restaurant-quality stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry opens to the dining room with a view of the terrace. Honey-colored wood floors add warmth to inviting interior spaces.

 

The primary suite connects to a roomy spa-like bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, floor-to-ceiling ceramic tile, a rainfall shower head and marble countertop.

 

The main floor second bedroom also makes a perfect library, home office or studio space. An expansive basement with a private extra guest room, full bath and laundry room offers plenty of additional storage and the perfect game room or home theater hideaway.

PRODUCTORA is a Mexico City based architectural studio founded by Abel Perles (1972, Argentina), Carlos Bedoya (1973, Mexico), Victor Jaime (1978, Mexico) and Wonne Ickx (1974, Belgium). PRODUCTORA´s widely-acclaimed work is distinguished by an interest in precise geometries, the production of clearly legible projects with limited gestures and the search for timeless buildings in their material and spatial resolutions.

The Productora team has designed a spacious two-bedroom and two bathroom residence organized as a ring of open living spaces  
and rooms around a central core of bathrooms and an open kitchen. The residence’s interior has a double-height space with a set of clerestory windows that allow sunlight to enter deep into the dwelling, creating a bright and open living experience.
